The Bylaws Committee is charged with

  • Reviewing the bylaws for possible changes.
  • Hearing suggestions of members regarding the Bylaws and possible changes.
  • Being aware of the actions of the corporation, the Board of Directors, or any of the members for any violation of the Bylaws and point out such violations.
  • Reporting suggestions regarding Bylaws to the Board for possible submission to the Membership.
